Master of Science (Environmental Science)
Environmental Science applies scientific principles to understanding and managing the natural and built
environment. Students of the Environmental Science program learn about global changes that are occurring in
the environment, the science underpinning that understanding, how continuing and novel changes can be detected,
and how these changes can be managed.
Students will acquire the analytical techniques employed in environmental science, and through project work, will have the opportunity to draw on the skills and experience of leading university and industry environmental
scientists.
