Industry seminars & colloquium
To enhance the interaction between university and industry, the Faculty of Science runs a seminar series each year.
The purpose of the series is to bring together academia and industry to:
- Learn about current science research and development that will impact on our future
- Develop ideas for commercial ventures in the future resulting from science today
- Explore ideas for ongoing training and education in science
- Promote networking and the interchange of ideas
- Please contact the Research & Industry Liaison Officer to be included on the mailing list for seminars.
The Melbourne Graduate School of Science is also planning an Industry Colloquium for Masters and Research by Higher
Degree students to gain access and exposure to a range of guest speakers from relevant fields throughout the academic
year.
